The controversial, allegedly Islamophobic ads created by the American Freedom Defense Initiative must be posted in the Metro system by Monday afternoon, despite objections, according to a federal judge’s ruling this afternoon.

“Everybody dance now!” declared blogger and AFDI co-founder Pamela Geller after the victory. Judge Rosemary Collyer’s ruling cites the First Amendment in ruling against Metro, which had sought to hold the ads because of protests in the Middle East over the Innocence of Muslims trailer.

The ads read:

In Any War Between the Civilized Man and the Savage. Support the Civilized Man. Support Israel. Defeat Jihad.

So maybe not everybody will be dancing with Geller. Her signs have already been defaced in New York, but Geller told City Desk last week that the same won’t happen in the District.
