His legacy lives on."
Chuck Brown used to pad his appointments by 20 minutes on either end—whether it was a public performance, a quick lunch, or a doctor’s appointment. Everywhere he went, people stopped him and asked to have a picture taken with him. And Brown never turned down a request. He was, quite possibly, the most photographed man in D.C.
