Best cheap eats in the area! Portions are large and the food is amazing. They start you off with yummy fresh salsa and tortilla chips. I always get the grilled shrimp stuffed with jalepenos and cheese and wrapped in bacon formy entree. The margaritas are really great too. For desert try the Tres Leches.
I lived in Takoma Park for 3 years and found this Salvadorean restaurant to be the best in the Flower Ave / Piney Branch area (unless you really want pupusas, in which case a pupuseria or truck is a better bet). I recommend the Plato Macho for 2 people if you're really in the mood for Salvadorean grilled meats.
