My family and I went to Eatonville today. It was dinner time, we were passing by and I mentioned to my wife that I heard good things about them on Fox 5 morning news. I ordered the ribs, which came w/ cajun fries and some type of mixed greens that had vegetables in it. My wife had the fried chicken dish that I heard about. Our daughter only had desert because she had just ate dinner w/ her grandmother. Well, toward the end of our meal w/ my second to last bite of greens in my mouth, I find a staple rattling around in between my teeth. Bit into it twice to find out that it definitely wasn't food. When we told the waiter and then the manager, the manager said, "Oh, the greens, ugh.", and then told me that it came off the bag that the greens came in. Needless to say that his was very disappointing to all of us. I guess for me the worst part of it all was that no one came over to me personally to apologize for the mistake w/ my meal, it was just comped. Horrible, absolutely horrible.

Excellent ambience, solid service, and very good southern food with a more veggie/pescatarian friendly menu than most.

A success.
