Soups , salads, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches and mor rich

Despite one woman whom I call Cafe Phillips' version of the Soup Nazi, this place serves up a delicious sandwich or wrap. Meats are carved to order and its coffee is delicious as well. With a drink and chips, lunch can cost about $9-10 however.
