If you go to Wolfgang Puck's newest offering you HAVE to get the lamb cups. Everything else is like dust after you pop one of these amazing creations in your mouth. Puck achieves a masterful balancing of east and west, flavorful and delicate with this amazing appetizer. The Kobe burger was excellent, as was the chocolate mousse, but the lamb cups stole the show.

I'm much more partial to the full restaurants than I am to the Express.
