I adore Five Guys. It's the best burger joint around with cooked to order burgers and fries that are made with fresh ingredients. And of course even Ruby Tuesdays claims to have fresh food, but Five Guys means it with daily deliveries of buns and fries that are cut from huge russet potatoes that morning. Truly one of the best burgers ever with any combination of toppings that you'd prefer. The only downside was that this burger was a bit dry for me, which is usually isn't but hey, everyone has a bad day.
Overall, I would recommend it to anyone...except maybe vegetarians. :-)

Five Guys has the best hamburgers in DC, hands down... and you can't beat the price. I eat a burger here at least once a week. The fries are just OK though.

Some of the best fries I've had in a long time. Excellent burger as well with toppings made to order.

Perhaps 5 Guys is better elsewhere, but honestly this venue in Chinatown was no better than Wendy's. There is so much hype bout this place, and the only thing this place merits is being overrated.

Good, greasy cheeseburgers! As good as you can get in the area. Not much else besides burgers: couple of dogs and a veggie burger. But I don't think they cook it on its own grill.

The burger was great -- I had never been, and am not a huge burger eater, but kept hearing how these were the "best burgers in DC", so decided to check it out. The list of toppings is great, and the burgers are fresh, and my fries were crispy and hot and salty and delicious.
