By far one of the greatest dining experiences I've had in Washington D.C. Yes, you do pay for it. However, the weather was gorgeous, and we sat outside and dined. Everything on the menu was spectacular...and the wine was fabulous. I highly recommend this restaurant for a really elegant evening out.
