Rest in peace--this place closed more than a year ago. I only ate here once or twice; food was mediocre. Mostly I just used the restrooms here during the Takoma Park Street Festivals.

I've got to disagree with the last two reviewers of this restaurant. I must say that when I lived in Takoma Park, I used to go often to this restaurant with my friends. I went there on a number of occasions and the service was always good (and friendly). The food was also very good too. Unless the management and staff have drastically changed in the past year (which was the last time I was there, I would have to say it is certainly a Takoma Park Italian restaurant worth checking out.

How they remain in business escapes me. The food and service are bad, the decor is hideous and ambiance non-existant. I hope they are quickly replced by an establishement worthy of the excellent location.

A bar that seems to hate people who drink--it closes at 9 on weekdays--and to rest easy on its place as the only sit-down restaurant with alcohol in Takoma. The decor is '80s-on-the-cheap, the service negligent at best (and often comtemptuous). The food--nominally Italian--is no better than you can do at home with a box and a jar. Shame on the owners and management!
