What's all the hype about? The broth was indeed beefy, as other reviews have proclaimed, but the perfumed seasoning that defines the dish was totally absent. Plenty of noodles and beef, but overall just ordinary.

Set up like a chinatown noodle shop, Pho 75 is a college student's haven. For 5.75, you get a bowl of warm beef noodle soup with fresh mint and bean sprouts that hits the spot on a cold, winter night.
