This place is GREAT!!! They have pitchers of sangria and mojitos that are about as authentic as you can get. there are so many tapas to pick from it will please everyone in your party. Nice couches to sit at , regular tables or even a patio. I would love to try their week day brunch!!

The place was dead, even for a tuesday. But we couldnt manage to find coherent waitstaff. Food was OK, but wine tasted as if it had been sitting open for some time.

The place could have potential, but they need to get it together.

I've been to Bambule several times before and was happy. However, I had such a bad experience this past weekend, that I won't be going back again. There was a problem with our order, and the manager was rude and aggressive. I was shocked at his behavior and attitude, and we paid the bill and left abruptly in the middle of dinner.

Menu similar to other tapas around town, but the quality of the food is far better. Chorizo to die for. On a weeknight, there was live music (soft enough to talk over), great ambience, and the space is large enough to be comfortable even on a busy weekend. The servers brought out every dish at once -- either the kitchen was speedy or that's customary here -- but most tapas places bring them as soon as they're ready. Service is attentive, but it irritated us both that the server always tried to talk us into pricier bottles of wine. He was meant to sell cars, not serve tables. Still, I would definitely go again for a special occasion.

Our waiter had an interesting attitude. There was another woman following him around, we weren't sure if she was training with him. He never told us or introduced her. We sat outside and the mosquitoes were biting us quite a bit. We had a few tapas and one entree. The food was ok, not my favorite tapas. For that I would rather got to La Tosca or Jaleo. I wasn't impressed with the service or the food or the bugs. I wouldn't go back and sit outside. Perhaps inside next time.

We tried two of the seafood stews: big chunks of salmon, tuna, shrimp, clams and mussels. While the grilled version was healthier, seafood can get chewy. The sauteed and sauced version was better, but ask for a side dish of rice to sop up the rich broth. Drinks are strong, music is international and upbeat, and food is better than lots of the neighboring restaurants.

Very good food and a variety of choices if you want to try a smaller amount of several things. Wonderful atmosphere especially when the live Salsa/Latin music is playing and the dancing begins.

Very active energy and a great place to go winter or summer.

Sauteed artichokes with ham were to die for! Great place to go when you want a little of everything. Perfect place to share dishes. Quality and taste of all dishes ordered was scrumptous; however, the service was nothing to write home about. Staff was somewhat rude and seemed "inconvenienced" by our presence.

As restaurants go, this was an enjoyable evening. Potential patrons should be warned thought that those seeking Tapas will find that Bambule's "Tapas in the mediterranean style" translates to "Italian food." All of the food is generally solid, and there are even some plates, such as the "Chorizo con sidra," spanish sausage stewed in cider, which will satisfy those seeking more traditional Tapas, but if your goal is a true Tapas evening, head elsewhere.

Beware the sangria - it's tasty, but not tasty enough to justify the $24 a pitcher price tag.
