Okay this place is near the South Dakota and Rhode Island Avenue intersection. It is both a carryout and a place to sit down with your meals. The food is delicious! I have only had the fish dinners but the fish is fresh with considerable portions and seasoned with an authentic Jamaican hand. The fried plantain is ample and just right (not too greasy, not too dry). They've also got good fresh juices (ginger, sorrel, pineapple). Definitely worth stopping by if you want your West Indian fix. But true to form, be prepared to wait 20 min or so, even for carryout.
