I've been to this restaurant couple times, and would come back any day. The price is pretty reasonable if you compare the great foods they have to offer, and other restaurants with so so foods nearby.
The view is beautiful with waterfront, you can see the sunset nicely from their all around glass window.
The food are really good. They are Chinese- with French- on Continental mix. I don't think you are going to be disappointed.
Try the spicy Chicken Wings, Golden Tofu- but only when it's hot.
I also recommend the Shiitake surprise, stuffed rock fish, crab cakes, and Salmon. There are other great dishes on the menu that I tried but can't remember.
They also have live music on Friday night.
It's not a good restaurant to bring kid but more for couple, or a group of friends to get together. Most customers were very well-dressed when I went there to eat. So, dress up nice! semi-formal.
The owners are really nice. They came to say hello and to check on you.
The staffs are also great.
You will like this restaurant.
The only reason it has 4 stars because of the parking; very hard to find on Friday and Saturday night.

Great service, serving large group was better than expected. All dishes were delicious and more than plenty for lunch meal.
Highly recommended for the lunch hour and if you can get the back room, the Potomac River view is beautiful!!

My parents and I were acutally in line at Phillips Flagship to eat when a waiter for Jenny's convinced us to go next door to their restaurant since the food was "better" and there was no wait. Rewarding his chutzpah, we decided to try it. What a great choice! The food was excellent. My parents and I had seafood that was extremely fresh. My salmon stuffed with crab meat and wrapped in phyllo dough with a brown sauce was delectable. The presentation was beautiful, all in matching contemporary Asian dinnerware. Prices are not necessarily cheap, but a great value for what you get. Unfortunately, the place was EMPTY at 8pm on a Saturday night which doesn't bode well for the future of the restaurant. So go and check it out!
