I don't want to bore y'all with this, but this place is still good and still popular. The line moves fast, and you know the goods are fresh. I have seen just about any kind of people come through the door. I had the asian salad with steak and asian dressing and my friend had the St. Tropez salad with tuna and a small soup. I love their lemonade!

When I came out of this place at 1230, the line was out the door! Don't be dismayed if there is a long line, it moves quickly! There are many choices available, but I got the Rocky Mt. Cobb Salad with the Secret house dressing. I comes with a fresh baked roll. The first worker takes your order and gives you a slip for the cashier and puts all your ingredients in your bowl. The second worker takes your mix and puts it on fresh and clean plastic chopping board and chops it up with a curved, two-handed knife. That person then sweeps your salad into a BIG mixing bowl and adds the dressing of your choice, as much or as little as you want, then mixes it and sweeps it back into your bowl and puts the cover on it. It all seems very hygenic as they use a CLEAN board and a CLEAN bowl for every customer! I would think that this would great for people with food sensitivities. I also got an excellent home-made lemonade and an oatmeal cookie. Very, very good value, considering the speed with which they put together your meal that was too big for me to eat at one sitting, which you would get at most of the places around this area, but it would take you much longer to get in and out (plus tip).
