At beatrice + the bird, I design and make women's apparel and accessories that emphasize form as well as function. My signature wrap dresses and skirts feature a flattering, one-size-fits-many silhouette and inventive fabric combinations, while beatrice + the bird aprons and sashes are reversible and wearable in multiple ways. Many of the items incorporate vintage and repurposed textiles, including salvaged t-shirts, bed linens and table linens. In addition to my self-designed line, I offer a custom t-shirt dress design service, using clients' special t-shirts to create one-of-a-kind wrap dresses for them.
