I make pillows from reclaimed wool sweaters and upholstery remnants. Using limited source materials requires me to make unusual combinations of colors, pattern, and textures. I take great pride in every step of my process from searching for the materials that I use, to the creation of the patterns that they are based on to the fabrication of each piece. With mass-production so prevalent, being able to see the artist's hand in each work adds to the bond people have with the animals, and ultimately the artist.
