Michel Richard Made an Appearance at the Super Bowl
Okay, not really. But Richard’s recipe for chocolate-covered grapes, expertly executed by Young & Hungry’s bud Yoram, were the highlight of our Super Bowl dessert course, which also included macaroon-and-chocolate “sliders.” Can you tell we got a little carried away last night?

I realize that a ton of people who watch the Super Bowl don’t actually like football, which probably explains why there are so many stories that focus on ways to improve the usual grease-and-carb plates associated with sports TV. True football fans, of course, don’t care what you feed them during the game; they’d gnaw on their own leg if you covered it in melted cheese.
For the most part, I don’t care about pro football—I’m a college girdiron dude myself—so I want some high-quality snackage for the big game. Fortunately, viewers like me (maybe you?) have a lot of good options out there:
