Bandolero has faced one trouble after another since it opened in May of 2012, including a lengthy legal dispute with the landlord and the loss of its big name chef and the face of the business, Mike Isabella.
It combines mezcal with fresh pineapple juice, lime, Kümmel, Hellfire bitters, and frothy egg white most commonly found in a flip.
Chef Jonah Kim will also host cooking classes.
There will be seafood towers.
"Blunt" and "coke" are now "cannoli" and "house cola."

Kapnos chef George Pagonis didn't do so well in the first episode.
The show premieres Oct. 15.
