Rose’s Luxury Will Launch All-You-Can-Eat Roof Garden Dinners on May 20

Y_H_Aaron_Silverman-1-682x1024When chef Aaron Silverman first announced plans for Rose's Luxury, he envisioned an option where groups could come and pay a set price for the kitchen to keep sending out dishes until they said stop. Now, it's happening on the restaurant's rooftop garden, beginning May 20.

Groups of eight to 10 will be able to reserve the outdoor space through Rose's Luxury's website beginning May 6. There won't be a set menu. Instead, guests can tell the kitchen about any preferences and restrictions, and Silverman and his team will send out dishes—some on the regular menu plus some unique specials. The meal ends when the diners can't eat anymore. The feasts will cost $125 per person, excluding tax and tip. Drinks will also be available a la carte. (Silverman initially planned to have a fixed price for alcohol but has since decided against it.)

The roof garden will be available for reservations six days a week, with one seating each night. And no need to worry about rain—an awning will keep things dry when necessary.
