Alba Osteria

If at least 4 inches of snow accumulate in D.C. by 5 p.m., the restaurant will offer a bottomless dinner for $35 per person. That means as much food as you want from the entire dinner menu. The regular a la carte menu will also be available.

Black Squirrel

Half-price burgers beginning at noon.

BLT Steak

Half-priced hot cocktails ($6 instead of $12) all day and night, including dark and stormy cider and Hennessy hot toddy

Bracket Room

Opening at noon Thursday with $2 PBRs, $3 select drafts, $5 house wines, $7 roasted tomato soup, and other specials.

Brixton

$4 wings all night in three flavors, $5 mulled wine, $5 rail drinks, $6 wine, $5 draughts

Carmine’s

Happy hour all day at the bar and in the dining room with $5 meat ball sliders, garlic bread parmigiana, fried zucchini, and fried calamari.

DC Reynolds

Buy one, get one drinks all day.

Duffy’s Irish Pub

Free tater tots from noon to 4 p.m. with the purchase of any adult beverage.

Fuego Cocina y Tequileria

Happy hour drinks all day with three inches of snow or more.

Granville Moore’s

Open at noon today.

Grillfish

Buy one, get one hot spike ciders until 4 p.m.

The Heights

Flying Tomato bloody marys for $6 all day. Chocolate chip ginger cities for $3.

Hill Country Barbecue Market

Stop by beginning at 1 p.m. today for limited menu and happy hour specials all day long.

Jack Rose Dining Saloon

$5 hot bourbon cider, mulled wine, and “Hot Chai Way to Hell” hot toddies all night.

Jaleo (Bethesda)

All day happy hour.

Kangaroo Boxing Club 

The Columbia Heights bar and restaurant opens at noon with dinner menu and $5 dark and storms.

Marvin

Opening at 4 p.m. with half price burgers, $4 Stellas, $5 rail drinks, $6 wine all night. DJ Keenan is spinning upstairs from 8 to 12 p.m.

Mellow Mushroom

Open at noon with $15 craft beer pitchers until 3 p.m.

Mintwood Place

If at least 4 inches of snow have accumulated at Mintwood Place by 5 p.m., the restaurant will offer its entire menu at happy hour prices all night. Check out that discounted menu here.

Nellie's Sports Bar

The bar opens at 2 p.m. today with $2 Miller Light bottles and house vodka drinks.

Oyamel

Enjoy a margarita, sopa de tortilla, and Oaxacan hot chocolate for only $12.

The Pig

P.J. Clarke’s 

$5 single malts all day.

Radius Pizza

The Mount Pleasant pizzeria opens at noon today with $5 hot toddies all day and $13 pitchers until 7 pm. Carryout specials include a large cheese pizza for $10 and a large pepperoni pizza for $12.

RedRocks Neapolitan Bistro

Arlington, Columbia Heights, and H Street NE locations will offer a $10 lunch special and happy hour all day. Old Town Alexandria location opens at 3 pm. for happy hour and dinner.

Right Proper Brewing Company

The Shaw brewpub opens at 11 a.m. for growler fills.

Roofers Union

Any sausage with a beer for $14.

Seasonal Pantry

Open at noon with grilled cheese and tomato soup.

Shaw’s Tavern

Bottomless mimosas for $12 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Silo 

Happy hour drinks specials run all day, including $2 off drafts and cocktails plus $5 glasses of wine.

Stoney’s on L 

$10 pitchers of Bud, Bud Light, and Amber plus $5 pizzas with one topping all day.

TaKorean

The Union Market shop will open at noon with discounted $2 tacos, $6 bowls, and $3 beers.

Tortilla Coast

The Logan Circle and Capitol Hill locations are serving happy hour food and drinks from 3:30 to 8 p.m. Y2K trivia tonight from 8 to 10 p.m. and the Logan Circle locale.

Vinoteca

Happy hour runs all night with 20 wines at $5, $5 beers, $5 mulled wine, and discounted bar snacks.

Z-Burger (Tenleytown location)

Get free regular fries by saying the password “let it snow.” One per person.

Zaytinya

Half price wine bottles for lunch and dinner.
