The problem with so many pop-ups? They’re gone before most people get the chance to try them. Fortunately, this fall’s crop of temporary eateries is sticking around at least through October. Chef Erik Bruner-Yang has extended the “residency” and test kitchen for his forthcoming food-meets-fashion market Maketto. Meanwhile, a temporary beer garden from ChurchKey and a wine bar from the founder of Chez Le Commis promise sips that won’t immediately slip away.
