Damn, It Feels Good to Be a Gangster Chef

DC Central Kitchen's annual Capital Food Fight is coming up on Oct. 8.  Among the highlights of the star-studded fundraiser will be a cooking throw-down between Elisir chef  Enzo Fargione, Bourbon Steak chef Adam Sobel, Vidalia chef Jeff Buben, and Cuba Libre chef Guillermo Pernot. Already the trash-talking has begun.

The nonprofit has a few amazing videos to promo the event, including Fargione with boxing gloves and a cigar saying, "Are you looking at me?" and Sobel reminding Buben to set his DVR for Golden Girls on the night of the cook-off. Take a look for yourself:

Mostly amusing, but Sobel saying "Guillermo Pernot? Who" was a little too mean.
