I just discovered these this summer, and they're delicious. I've been using them in heirloom tomato panzanella, halved and sliced. Their taste is very similar to standard cucumbers, although the ones I've had have been about the tastiest cucumbers I've ever eaten. My farmers market, the New Morning Farm at Sheridan School, has them.
