Oh, Truck It: A Gourmet Popcorn Mobile Joins D.C.’s Food Truck Fleet
Caterer Kristina Kern is rolling out a new food truck on the streets on D.C. Her niche: "gourmet" popcorn. Stella's PopKern it's called. According to a press release, the roving fluffed kernel vehicle offers everything from classic cheddar and caramel flavors to more haute varieties, including Tuscan herb-infused olive oil with rosemary sea salt and dark chocolate drizzle with sea salt.
