Given that my last bowl at Pho 75 was so thin that it turned green from the three jalapeno slivers I added, I&#039;d definitely recommend Toan at this point. But beware: It&#039;s a long-ass drive up New Hampshire for people who don&#039;t already live in the &#039;hood. That&#039;s a long drive for soup.
