Cheap Foods May Come With a High Price Tag


The short vid, from the good folks at GOOD magazine, evocatively synthesizes many of the messages we've received over the years from writers ranging from Marion Nestle to Michael Pollan. 

The upshot is this: Our cheap processed foods could be making us sicker, fatter, and costing us a crap more in the long-term.

I'm thinking a New Year's resolution is in order: no processed foods in 2010. Who's in?
