Incidentally, I had a very good table- and wireless-sharing experience the one time I went to Mid City Caffe. I think it was mostly the fact that people were in close quarters, forcing them to unplug their headphones and, you know, communicate with words. Kinda like the bus v. metro.

I "squat" all the time, but I spend my $, tip well and I figure at the least I am free "advertisement" for the shop, fare exchange=no robbery!

I like the idea of putting people together at Tryst, which given its name, could actually view such actions as a brand extension so to speak.
