When I&#039;m ordering anything that forces me to choose between multiple pork products as a SIDE DISH (including scrapple, mmmmm) I expect a different set of rules to apply from those meals where I choose between the Temprenillo/Garnache or the Nero D&#039;Avola to pair with my Wild Rabbit Ragu over Pumpkin Creme Fraiche Papardelle (hmmm, that sounds damn tasty. I may have to make that soon).</description>
