		<description>As much as Nick isn&#039;t a great organizer, he is a great trainer, and the people that he trains are truly excellent.  Travis, who will take over as GM, is excellent, and I don&#039;t think we should expect lackluster coffee at CCC now that Nick&#039;s gone.</description>
