Nikki, It really wasn't Morales' menu so I didn't want to get into how well he executed Sam Adkins' food, but by and large, what we had was good. I'd quibble with the butchering job on my ribeye, but the brick chicken with brussels sprouts was a particular stand-out, perhaps because it's a very similar preparation to the one that Morales did at Zola.
