		<description>Veggie burgers are ridiculously easy to make.  Mark Bittman offered several flexible recipes for bean, nut, and tofu based ones.  I&#039;ve never eaten a veggie burger in a DC restaurant that compared with any of these recipes (fave is walnut burger topped with gorgenzola).  And forget about the store brand ones, most of which are awful.
