Looks like there will be a lot of empty bags this Halloween.

• After nearly 10 months of speculation following  the abrupt closing of Fiamma, former Maestro chef Fabio Trabocchi has finally landed a gig: He's the new chef at the Four Seasons in New York.
• Tom Sietsema reports that Scott Conant has cancelled his plans to open a Scarpetta in the former Olives space.
