I have passed by Ruth's Chris Steak House for years and just scoff at the place...all the tourists eating mediocre and overpriced food. A friend had a gift certificate, so he invited me to join him for dinner. I was blown away! They offer a three-course meal for $39, which was a great deal. Each course was perfectly prepared.
