		<description>There will be a workshop this weekend at City Blossoms&#039; Girard Children&#039;s Garden on Canning and Preserving the Harvest from the summer.  On Saturday, August 29th, come join us from 10-11 AM to learn new techniques and enjoy the garden.  Girard Children&#039;s Garden is located in Girard Playground (off of Girard St NW between 14th and 15th St NW) and is a few blocks from the Columbia Heights metro station.  Please rsvp if you plan to attend!
