Hi Tim,

Great to hear that these events are taking place. Will send out to my peeps in DC.
I am an American food/wine writer and cook living in Chile; we do culinary & wine tours down here. I definitely believe that Chile's cuisine is quickly finding its place along side its wines (one has to necessarily go with the other)! In fact, creative chefs like Matías are key in helping this trend. Keep an eye out too, Tony Bourdain's show in Chile is airing next month (I worked on production with it). The buzz is happening.

All the best, Liz
