Food Predictions for 2009: Free Food!
Thefoodpeople, a product-development company based in England, offers a number of predictions on the future of food. The people's forecast includes the usual stuff—home cooking, in-home drinking, head-to-tail cooking, etc—but it also notes the potential rise of "free food," including foraging. I offer just two words of caution: Nicholas Evans.
