		<description>i&#039;ve eaten at the Organics to Go a bunch of times, because it is just a short walk from my office by metro center.  

some of their warm sandwiches are pretty good (turkey pepperjack), but the real draw for me is the salad bar.  this area is dotted with terrible salad bars, filled with wilted lettuce and slimy chicken or dry-looking tuna bits.  the salad bar at OTG has a great selection of vegetables and proteins (chicken, turkey, tofu cubes, etc), and it even has goat cheese.</description>
