Virginia gubernatorial candidate Bob McDonnell delivered a speech to George Washington University College Republicans last night, the G.W. Hatchet reports. McDonnell didn't explicitly mention his recently unearthed masters thesis which denigrated working women, homosexuals, and people who have sex.
