10,000 Americans Tell the U.S. Government to Stop Prison Rape

Yesterday, the comment period closed on the standards proposed by the National Prison Rape Elimination Commission on, well, how to eliminate prison rape. According to Just Detention International, over 10,000 people submitted comments in support of the proposed corrections standards, including 100 survivors of prison rape.
