Something similar happened during my undergrad tenure at a private school in the midwest. Some local creeper would find a way into the dorms, sneak into the women's bathrooms, and slide mirrors under the shower stall doors to watch girls while they showered.

There was another incident where a girl woke up to him, in the middle of the night, standing next to her bed and masturbating.

I wonder how many other schools have their own version of a "cuddler"...or whatever you want to call him!
