As the first vice presidential candidate on the Republican ticket, Palin represents many goals of the women's movement (a widespread public acceptance of women in power, for one) while simultaneously failing women with her politics. The fact that it's Palin is enough. She claims to be pro-women (I can't actually call her a feminist...
