Easy fix: once you identify a gay person, get a gaggle of straight folk to "adopt" that person with intense "mobbing" dedication, then follow him/her around 24/7. The mobbers can take turns placing their noses in or on the gay person's locations of interest, crowding out any other gay person's anatomies, preventing any abominations from happening, and leaving God and the angels undamaged. Since the straights complaining about gay sex clearly have no compunction about sticking their noses where they don't belong, that shouldn't be an exorbitant request. There are more straights than gays, right?
