As ridiculous and offensive as that statement would have been in reference to any acquaintance rape, this is a case in which a woman was apparently raped by three men in succession -- beyond what even the Laura Sessions Stepps of the world would have us call "gray rape" and excuse away. Nope, that's gang rape... and do you consider *that* outright rape, Richard Rojo?
