That's true, Mrs. D. I only caught one of the leaked pictures, and---I'm just sayin'---it was more Miley Cyrus Vanity Fair than Playboy pinup.(In other words, it's all back). I can see how some would argue it doesn't fall under the topless category.

A well-structured argument. However, she would not be the first, and probably not the last, beauty pageant contestant criticized and/or dethroned for participating in questionable photo shoots. Just sayin', them are the rules, and the assumption is that the participants are literate.
