It is my understanding that dudes can totes have orgasmos anales! Because they have prostates that are stimulated when things go up in the butt region at a certain angle. I would argue that anyone with a prostate can have orgasmos anales if they please. Sadly, that does not include yours truly, so it is an impossible dream.
