		<description>I am outraged that charges have been downgraded to involuntary manslaughter. And the fact that Hunter sexually assaulted Hannah was not disputed by either party even though there was a witness who did dispute it truly baffles me. Rather than attempt to refute the claim that a sexual advance took place, the prosecutor opted to accept as fact that Tony&#039;s death was provoked. I&#039;m not sure what version of justice our Attorney General is pursuing, but it is not mine.</description>
