    Non profits should be closed down as they steal a lot of money and the poor never really see that money as most of it goes to pay staff and luxuries staff want.

    The homeless adults stay in shelters that are totally unsanitary with violent mentally disturbed staff. Damn shame!

    Federal should be in total charge of any and all programs for the poor!
