Bowser is a lousy CM and was a lousier ANC in Ward 4. Now that she has her sights set on higher office, she's going to launch a phony populist tour of the city, speaking through her clenched teeth. She was indifferent to her ANC constituents in Riggs Park and is the same way towards many who she now represents in Ward 4.

Bowser is an unapologetic "PIG", she spent over $350K on her campaign and she had no opponent. Really, $350K on a council seat with no opposition. Why, because developers were lining up to give. Shameful and gross!! Ward 4 has to put up with 4 more years of Bowser's ineffective leadership. Wake up ward 4 and get somebody who is competent..... oh, she wants to be Mayor... imagine that.... NO THANK YOU!!!

Cheh is just clueless.

Funny how there is no mention of Bowser and Cheh who introduced this bill.
I bet if Barry, Brown, Orange or Alexander introduced this legislation, it would be reported as corrupt individuals promote campaign finance secrecy.
