Regretfully, Michael Brown will never wear the shoes that his father, Mr. Ron Brown shall forever maintain of integrity, fairness, fearless and transparency.

He is just like Mayor Gray, two Black men w/o the courage to stand up and be counted, as public servants for the overall needs of DC citizens, not just fot caucasians and other non-Blacks ready to defeat and over-power them via their political and social ignorance.

Brown may have pedigree (dubious pedigree)and charm of the decidedly unctuous variety but he is an empty suit. He is sadly ridiculous. It may be refreshing to have someone capable and inclined to put in a full days work. Brown is a drain. I have decided to go with Grosso.

"We know Lindelfeld and te Post is doing all they can to turn the Council white and the Mayor Bowser" ...can we move beyond the paranoid race baiting? Didn't we leave that behind with the Harry Thomas, Marshall Brown family disgrace?

Let's get serious. All of these candidates and politicians are flawed. The press has been insistent on making sure everyone knows of Michael Brown's shortcomings but fail to fully report on the others. I hear that in addition to Grosso's drug conviction, he too has had his license suspended and been charged with altering an official government document. What is his explanation of these charges? Grosso claims to be a native Washingtonian (for whatever that's worth) - but wasn’t he raised on a farm in rural Virginia. All is not what it seems. Don't let the press fool you. They have an agenda.

This article is funny. Same old baggage report on Brown. Nothing new. Ok we get it, he has some housekeeping items he has to address or has addressed. But Brown does has a strong legislative record and does things for the city. Now Grasso is being giving a pass on everything, what is his platform? He wants to do what for the city? His record with Ambrose and Norton is laughable.

Also, it is real disturbing that the LL/CP did not mention the "weed" pop on his record when he mentioned it in an interview. Yes, who cares about a "little weed" from years ago.... I get it. But if you think that was his first or last time he ever lit up, then you are a fool!

At the end of the day, I am holding my nose and picking 2 colors, Brown and Orange because it beats closing my eyes and or covering my ears and picking Grasso and Beatty. Or scratching my head and picking Cooper and Swain.

BTW- Why is Bowser and Evans raising money when they are running unopposed? Oh, it is buy some "favors" time with these sell outs. Who is giving money to them?

For real, Bowser is the worst in the city. She does nothing!! Except for the developers that have her over a barrel. The fact that nobody in Ward 4 will challenge her is a head scratcher, she is not popular in the ward.

I have been privledged to get to know David Grosso over the last 4 years. His intellect, dedication to DC, passion for the issues and unquestionable ethics make him the best choice for the at-large seat. David will restore credibility to the seat and, instead of focusing on a never-ending parade of scandals, will be able to focus on doing good for our city. Vote Grosso.
