    If Mary Cheh is unhappy with the PUC, then she needs to stop whining and vote against the next PUC nomination that PEPCO accepts.

    PEPCO is lining the Mayor's and Council's pockets so it gets a weak PUC board. Every utility tries this; it's not unique to DC.

    When WTOP took PEPCO to the woodshed, PEPCO started spending money on advertising. Now WTOP is captive.
